We need your help to improve health care! We are looking for participants to join the ORCATECH Research Over Internet (ROI) study, where you will receive emails with a link to complete regular online surveys about your health and your opinions about health care.
The goal of ORCATECH is to design assessment tools that can be used in your home to potentially improve health care and reduce doctor and hospital visits. This study will evaluate whether regular online assessments can help doctors by providing much more health information than is collected in a short visit. Must be 18 years of age to participate in this study. There is no compensation for this study.
As part of the ORCATECH ROI Study, you will receive ongoing updates about the data we collect and have opportunities to participate in additional studies that are specific to your health.
